What It Really Costs to Own a FloWater Refill Station

The purchase price is one number.

What it actually costs to own a FloWater Refill Station? That’s the number you really want.

So here it is. Purchase price, placement, annual maintenance, warranty and long-term costs, all in one place. No fine print, vague “starting at”, or surprise fees waiting for you later.

The upfront cost

FloWater Classic: $8,195

FloWater Essential: $6,150

And then it’s yours.

You own your Refill Station outright. There is no lease or monthly equipment payments following you around.

Want to spread it out? Financing is available at checkout through Affirm and Klarna.

Getting your Refill Station connected

You’ve got two options.

  • White Glove Placement, is available in select areas. A FloWater certified technician connects your water line, drain and power, tests the Refill Station and makes sure everything is ready to flow.
  • Your own licensed plumber. Every FloWater Refill Station ships with a placement guide so your plumber knows exactly what the setup requires. Their time is your cost.

Either way, once it’s connected, the heavy lifting is done.

The yearly cost: $500. That’s the whole list.

No complicated service plans. No collection of little charges that somehow turns into a big one.

FloWater annual maintenance is one flat rate: $500 per year.

That covers:

  • Your new filters
  • Shipping
  • A FloWater certified technician to fit them
  • A full preventive maintenance check while they’re there

No hourly billing for annual service. No mystery invoice.

About a month before your FloWater filters are due, we reach out to schedule your service.

And there’s nothing else to budget for.

No monthly service fee. No recurring delivery charges. No cases of water showing up at your door.

Just $500 once a year.

Why the maintenance check matters

This is the part most people don’t expect.

While your FloWater certified technician has the Refill Station open, they also check the connections, pressure, seals, dispense, and performance.

This means issues have a chance of getting caught while they are still small. .

It’s the difference between “we swapped your filters” and “everything’s right for another year.”

What happens if you skip annual maintenance

Filters have a working life. Past it, your Refill Station is no longer delivering full 7x Advanced Purification, and an exhausted filter can damage the Advanced Osmosis membrane behind it.

That’s how a routine filter change becomes a costly repair. Once a year, every year, keeps it simple.

The FloWater warranty, in plain English

Your FloWater Refill Station includes a one-year warranty.

During that year, parts are covered on any repair. Labor is billed at $200/hour with a one-hour minimum, and we always confirm the cost with you before any work starts.

Five years of FloWater ownership, all in

The bottom line

One purchase. One flat annual service cost.

No monthly equipment payments, recurring water deliveries, or cases to order, store and carry through the house.

Just seriously great water, whenever you want it.

That’s what it costs to own a FloWater Refill Station.

This one needs a plumber

White Glove Placement isn’t on this order, so arranging that is up to you.

It’s real plumbing work; your Refill Station ties into a water line and a drain line, and needs a three-prong outlet nearby. We’re all for a good DIY project. This isn’t one of them. A licensed plumber is the right call, and a placement guide ships with your Refill Station for them to work from.
