Made for Everyday Life
Drink it. Cook with it. Put it to work. Once premium water is always ready, you may be surprised how many things around the house start with FloWater.
7x Advanced Purification: FloWater's 7x Advanced Purification removes up to 99.9% of impurities and contaminants found in tap water. Sediment and carbon filtration begin the process, followed by Advanced Osmosis to tackle remaining contaminants before the water is improved, remineralized and finished for taste. The FloWater Classic uses Activated Oxygen to naturally sanitize internal tanks and lines while increasing dissolved oxygen in the water.
Electrolytes + Alkalinity: After purification, FloWater adds magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium, along with alkalinity and trace minerals. The result is water that's not only highly purified, but thoughtfully remineralized for that crisp, distinctive FloWater taste.
High Capacity: Family in and out all day? Home gym getting some actual use? Friends staying through dinner? The Classic is made for high-volume households, with up 2 gallons of chilled reserve and 5 gallons of reserve capacity, and automatic refilling after every dispense.
Rapid Dispense: The Classic fills a standard 25 oz. bottle in approximately nine seconds, with a roomy dispensing area designed to accommodate everything from mugs to coffee pots and gallon jugs.
Low Maintenance: A recessed nozzle, hidden catchment and Activated Oxygen sanitization help reduce hands-on upkeep, while the internal drain means there's no standing drip tray waiting for someone to remember it exists.

There are two steps between checkout and your first glass: delivery, then placement.
Delivery gets your FloWater to your door. Placement gets it connected to your home’s water, drain and power. Choose FloWater White Glove Placement for the easiest route, or have your own licensed plumber handle the connection.
What happens after you order
Your FloWater ships within 3–8 business days via freight delivery, and a signature is required.
If you selected White Glove Placement, our team will email you from support@drinkflowater.com to schedule your appointment. Have a few four-hour windows in mind. Most placements take less than two hours.
Using your own plumber? A placement guide arrives with your Refill Station so they’ll have the specifications they need to get everything connected correctly.
Choose how it gets connected
White Glove Placement | $500
*Recommended
A FloWater certified technician connects your Refill Station to your existing water, drain and power, tests the system and makes sure everything is flowing exactly as it should.
White Glove Placement includes:
Connection to existing water, drain and power
A 1/2″ pass-through drilled when needed
Full system test
First pour
A few placement rules:
White Glove Placement is available on the first floor in approved kitchens, garages and laundry rooms.
Your selected location must already have appropriate access to water, drainage and power.
White Glove Placement does not include:
Adding new electrical outlets
Running new water or drain lines
Plumbing work beyond the existing connection point
Placement above the first floor
Kitchen island placement
Removing existing water purification solutions
Not sure if your dream spot qualifies? Ask us before checkout. Better to find out now than after you’ve mentally redesigned the entire room around it.
Your Own Plumber
Prefer to use someone you already know? Any licensed plumber can connect your FloWater using the placement guide included with your Refill Station.
You’ll arrange and cover the cost of the work, but you’ll have more flexibility in where your Refill Station can live, as long as the space meets the Refill Station’s water, drain, power and clearance requirements.
One important note: if an issue is caused by an incorrect third-party connection or fitting, that specific repair is not covered under warranty. The rest of your warranty remains intact.
And while we admire a good DIY project, this isn’t the one. FloWater connects directly to your home’s plumbing, so we strongly recommend leaving placement to a licensed professional.
Filters need replacing at approximately every 12000 gallons or 12 months, whichever comes first. Most people only need one filter change every year.
You’re free to use a third-party technician for filter changes, repairs or placement.
Two things to know if you do:
1) We highly recommend FloWater filters,
2) If something is fitted incorrectly, that particular repair won’t be covered. The rest of your coverage stays intact.
You will not need to worry about keeping track, we come to you. About a month ahead of when a filter change is due, we’ll confirm your shipping address, arrange payment for the new filters, and give you the options for getting the change done.

Placement
Where can I place my FloWater Classic?
Anywhere in your home within 100 feet of a water line and drain, and within 6 feet of a three-prong outlet. Indoors, out of direct sunlight, in a spot that stays between 40°F and 100°F.
If you choose White Glove Placement, our team handles placement on the first floor in a kitchen, garage, or laundry room. Kitchen islands aren’t eligible, and placement may require drilling a 1/2-inch hole in or around a cabinet or wall.
If you work with your own plumber, your FloWater Classic can go anywhere that meets the requirements above — including upstairs. The first-floor limit is a boundary on our White Glove Placement, not on the product.
We strongly recommend against placing your FloWater Classic outside. Temperature swings, weather and rodents can all damage it, and that damage isn’t covered. If outdoors is your only option, contact us first. There are specific circumstances where it can work, and additional equipment is required.
Will this require any drilling?
Sometimes. Depending on where your FloWater Classic goes, connecting the water and drain lines may mean drilling a 1/2-inch hole in or around a cabinet or wall. Your technician will walk you through it before anything happens.
How much space does it need?
Leave 3″ of clearance from walls or structures, 6″ recommended. If you’re placing it in an enclosed cabinet, leave 3″ on each side and 6″ at the rear so it can vent properly.
Delivery
When will my FloWater Classic arrive, and what happens on delivery day?
Your FloWater Classic ships within 3–8 business days of your order. You’ll get tracking information by email when it ships, and a signature is required on delivery.
It arrives by freight, on a pallet. The driver will bring the pallet into your garage where the driveway allows — if the approach is too steep or too narrow for the truck, it’s left at the curb.
Crated, it weighs about 185 lbs. You’ll need a dolly to move it from where the driver leaves it, and most people will want a second pair of hands. Once it’s inside, keep it indoors — a garage or interior room is fine. It shouldn’t be left outside.
If you selected White Glove Placement, our technician team will reach out to schedule. Watch for an email from support@drinkflowater.com and have a few 4-hour windows ready.
White Glove Service
What does White Glove Placement cover, and do I have to use it?
No, it’s optional — but if you’re in a service area, we recommend it. A certified FloWater technician connects your water line, drain and power, tests the system, and takes the packaging with them. The fee covers the placement and the technician’s time.
One thing to sort before they arrive: the spot needs to be clear. Our technicians don’t move or remove other appliances or equipment, so anything in the way — shelving, a spare fridge, stored boxes — has to be moved before the appointment.
If you’re outside the service area, a placement guide ships with your FloWater Classic. You’ll arrange your own licensed plumber and cover that cost.
Your technician will leave the packaging with you. A return has to ship in the original crate, so it’s worth keeping until you’re settled.
How long does placement take?
Most White Glove placements take up to 2 hours. We ask for a 4-hour availability window so our technician has room to arrive and finish without rushing the job.
Is White Glove Placement available where I live?
Use the zip code box under White Glove Placement to check if White Glove Placement is available in your location.

Does it dispense sparkling water?
No sparkling. Your FloWater Classic dispenses chilled water at 32.9°F–35.6°F.
How much cold water does it hold?
When full, a Refill Station holds 7 gallons of purified water, of which 2 gallons are chilled. A five-gallon reserve tank feeds a two-gallon chilling tank, so it keeps up with back-to-back cold fills.
How fast does it fill a bottle?
About 10 seconds for a 24oz bottle.
Your water
What does it actually remove?
7x Advanced Purification takes your tap water through sediment and carbon filters, then Advanced Osmosis and Activated Oxygen. Magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium and trace minerals are added back, along with alkalinity. Up to 99.9% of impurities and contaminants found in tap water are removed.
Will it work with hard water?
Yes. The 7x Advanced Purification system was built for potable water. It will need more frequent filter changes to keep up, how often depends on what’s coming out of your tap.
Do I need a water test before I order?
On municipal water, no.
On well water, yes — and it needs to happen before you order. Your water has to be tested, confirmed potable, and the full results sent to us for approval before we can move forward with your Refill Station.
Two approved tests:
You order and pay for the test directly, then send us the complete results — the full report, not a summary — at support@drinkflowater.com. Both are mail-to-lab kits and take about five business days at the lab once your sample arrives, so allow two to three weeks from ordering the kit to having an approved result. Worth starting early.
Either way, water pressure is worth knowing. Your FloWater Classic is designed for 50–100 psi and runs most effectively at 70. Above 100 psi, a pressure regulator needs to go in the supply line, and damage from pressure outside that range isn’t covered.
What happens to the byproduct water?
Advanced Osmosis works by separating contaminants out of your water. Some water has to carry them away — that’s byproduct water, and it runs to your drain line, which is why a drain connection is part of every placement.
Expect roughly two gallons of byproduct water for every gallon purified. For comparison, many water systems on the market run three to four.
Filters and maintenance
What can I expect for annual maintenance?
One filter change a year. That’s the whole maintenance schedule.
Filters are replaced at approximately 12000 gallons or 12 months, whichever comes first — sooner if your touch panel tells you. Most households only need the one change a year.
How do I change my filters?
We handle it. One flat rate of $500 a year, and that covers everything:
- Your new filters
- Shipping
- A certified FloWater technician to fit them
- A full preventive maintenance check while they’re there
No hourly billing, no surprise invoice, nothing for you to arrange or research. About a month before your filters are due, we’ll reach out to get it scheduled.
The maintenance check is the part most people don’t expect. While your technician has the Refill Station open, they go through the whole system — connections, pressure, seals, dispense — so the small things get caught before they turn into repairs. It’s the difference between replacing a filter and knowing the whole thing is right for another year.
Filters and the annual service are a yearly cost and aren’t included in the purchase price.
To schedule, email support@drinkflowater.com or call (877).772.7775.
What happens if I don't change my filters?
Purification media has a working life. Past that point your Refill Station is no longer delivering full 7x Advanced Purification, and an exhausted filter can damage the Advanced Osmosis membrane behind it, turning a routine filter change into a costly repair. Change filters at least every 12 months to protect both the water and the Refill Station.
Can I use a third-party filter?
Every purification claim we make is tested with FloWater media in FloWater’s exact sequence, so a substituted filter means your Refill Station is no longer delivering the performance it was certified to deliver. It also puts the Advanced Osmosis membrane at risk, since the carbon stages ahead of it are specified to protect it, and membrane damage isn’t covered under warranty. Use FloWater filters and you know exactly what’s coming out of the spout.
What is my annual cost?
$500 a year, and that’s the whole of it.
That covers your filters, shipping, a certified FloWater technician to fit them, and a full preventive maintenance check while they’re there. One flat rate, once a year — no hourly billing, no subscription, no surprise invoice.
There’s nothing else to budget for. No monthly service fee, no consumables, no delivery charges.
Warranty and repairs
What’s the warranty?
Your FloWater Classic is covered for one year. During that year, parts are covered on any repair — labor is billed at $200/hour, one-hour minimum.
A few things fall outside coverage: damage from rodents or weather, anything other than water poured down the drain, vandalism, or a repair needed because a filter replacement was missed. Keep it indoors and stay on the filter schedule and you won’t run into any of it.
After the first year, repairs through FloWater are billed at labor plus parts. If you use your own plumber, their labor is your cost.
What does a repair cost if it isn’t covered?
Labor is billed at $200/hour with a one-hour minimum, plus whatever parts are needed. We’ll confirm the cost with you before any work starts.
Payment and returns
How much is the FloWater Classic?
The FloWater Classic is $8,195.00. Add-ons — foot pedal dispense and White Glove Placement — are selected at checkout.
Can I lease a FloWater Refill Station for my home?
No. Home Refill Stations are purchase only. Leasing is available for businesses.
If you’d rather not pay for it all at once, we offer financing through Klarna or Affirm at checkout — you own your FloWater outright and spread the cost monthly.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date your Refill Station is placed to request a return, and no more than 90 days from delivery — whichever comes first.
If you arranged your own plumber, we’ll need proof of the placement date: a dated receipt or invoice from whoever did the work. If you used White Glove Placement, we already have that date on file. Without proof of the placement date, the return window is calculated from the date of delivery.
The two windows work together. The 30 days gives you a full month of actually using it, and the 90-day limit keeps the clock from staying open indefinitely if placement gets delayed. If your Refill Station is placed on day 75, your window closes on day 90 rather than day 105.
To start a return, email support@drinkflowater.com.
Two costs to know upfront: a $500 restocking fee is deducted from your refund, and removal and return shipping are at your expense (expect around $1,300). Your Refill Station needs to come back undamaged and fully functional, and we may inspect it before issuing the refund. Once it’s been removed, your refund is issued within 30 business days.
Keep the packaging. Return shipping is the cost you have most control over. Shipped back in its original packaging, inserts and protective materials, your Refill Station travels in packaging built for it. Without them, we have to source replacement packaging for a unit this size and weight, and the cost climbs — expect around $1,300.
Your Refill Station needs to come back undamaged and fully functional, and we may inspect it before issuing the refund. Once it’s been removed, your refund is issued within 30 business days.
Can I finance it?
Yes — we offer financing at checkout.
