Our 7x Advanced Purification

SEDIMENT FILTER
The sediment filter is the first line of defense that sets 7x Advanced Purification in motion. This filter catches the basics—dirt, dust, rust, and suspended solids by catching impurities that might exist in your tap water or pipes.
Carbon Filter
Next, our Carbon Filter removes those subtle offenders—smaller particles like chlorine, radon, hydrogen sulfide, heavy metals, and other contaminants that affect taste and odor. This is where your water starts getting that premium feel.
Advanced Osmosis
These dual powerhouse membranes are up to 5x more efficient than standard reverse osmosis, filtering down to .0001 microns. It removes up to 99.999% of remaining contaminants including microplastics, nanoplastics, lead, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, bacteria, viruses, glyphosate and other herbicides, chlorpyrifos and other pesticides, PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances), PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic Acid), PFHxS (Perfluorohexane Sulfonic Acid), PFNA (Perfluorononanoic Acid), PFBS (Perfluorobutane Sulfonic Acid), PFDA (Perfluorodecanoic Acid), PFHpA (Perfluoroheptanoic Acid), PFDoA (Perfluorododecanoic Acid), GenX Chemicals (HFPO-DA), and Hexafluoropropylene Oxide Dimer Acid). Because “mostly clean” isn’t good enough.
Activated Oxygen
This multi-functional fourth filter adds activated oxygen (O3), nature’s own purifier, to keep the system clean without the need for chemicals. Activated oxygen sanitizes the tanks and internal systems by using a natural molecule to eliminate impurities.
Alkaline Filter
Our Alkaline Enhancement adds a proprietary blend of ten trace minerals to help neutralize acidity and support a balanced pH level of the water coming from your tap.
Electrolyte Filter
We enhance water with four main electrolytes: calcium, potassium, magnesium, and sodium. Electrolytes are essential in supporting healthy body functions like immune defense, cell repair, and bone strength. These four electrolytes are the same found in sports drinks, coconut water, and brand-name bottled water.
Coconut Carbon Filter
Derived from coconut shells, this unique final filter finishes the FloWater 7x Advanced Purification process with elements that come directly from nature. Coconut shells are highly efficient at removing odors and taste—this filter ensures FloWater always tastes crisp, fresh, and clean. And no, it will not trigger coconut allergies.

Frequently Asked Questions
PFAS, microplastics, lead and other contaminants have found thier way into our drinking water systems. To check the water quality in you area, go to ewg.org.
Our FloWater Essential is the only product available for the home right now.
Absolutely! We’re confident you’re going to love FloWater, so we offer a two-week demo in select areas—because the best way to experience next-level hydration is to taste it for yourself.
The only catch—You’ve gotta be in one of our key regions to qualify. Want to see if you’re eligible?
Less than your coffee maker. Seriously. The FloWater Classic runs on a standard 110V wall outlet and pulls about 117 watts at max draw—aka, it’s ultra-energy-efficient.
No need for a plumbing degree—we’ve got you covered. FloWater Refill Stations hook up to standard municipal tap water and work best at 70 psi (but can handle anywhere between 50-100 psi). The unit needs a 1/4” water line and a drain connection, which our certified tech will install. Want all the specs? Here’s everything you need to know.
Think of it like a spa day for your water.
Filters need to be changed under three scenarios:
- Usage: After 12,000 gallons, your Refill Station’s microprocessor will remind you when it’s time.
- Time: Even if you don’t hit the gallon limit, filters need swapping every 12 months. We’ll remind you before your filters hit their expiration date.
- Hard Water Areas: If your water is extra hard (full of minerals), your Refill Station might need a little extra TLC. If it goes into a “Purifying More FloWater” mode for over an hour, that’s your sign to email support@drinkflowater.com, and we’ll take care of it!
FloWater can boost your tap water’s pH by up to 1.5 on the pH scale, so final levels depend on your original tap water. Generally speaking:
— If your tap water starts at 7.5, FloWater can raise it to around 9.
— For comparison, most bottled water falls between 6 and 8.5, while EPA tap water standards recommend above 6.5.
Great news: You’re in the clear! Our Coconut Carbon Filter is made from activated carbon derived from coconut shells—not the part of the coconut that typically triggers allergies (the meat). If your coconut allergy is severe, we always recommend checking with your doctor first.
